Kirk M. Cantor, professor of plastics and polymer technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology, will be honored for the second time in "Who's Who Among America's Teachers." Cantor's biography will appear in the 10th edition of the book, to be published later this year, and also appeared in the book's ninth edition, published in 2005.
