Pennsylvania College of Technology has agreed to take part in the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program, an initiative allowing colleges and universities to voluntarily fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate.

A session to help families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be held Thursday, March 19, at Pennsylvania College of Technology. The event, sponsored by the Financial Aid Office at Penn College, the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency and the Pennsylvania Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, will be offered from 5-7 p.m.
The Penn College Human Services Club and Empire Beauty School recently completed a benefit for Locks of Love, a nonprofit organization that fashions hairpieces for disadvantaged children suffering from long-term medical hair loss. The December event was a great success, with more than 20 ponytails donated. The Human Services Club thanks Empire for its donation of time, space and talent.
