A forest technology student in Penn College's School of Natural Resources Management has been awarded a $75 scholarship by the Council of Eastern Forest Technician Schools for his grade-point average. Barbara B. Hudock, of Williamsport, has been chosen to receive the Community Arts Center's Director's Chair Award for 2009. Hudock, managing principal of Hudock Moyer Wealth Management, will be presented with the award May 17 at the Arts Center.
