Pennsylvania College of Technology has named Heather A. Swimley as registrar. Swimley, who began her duties in January, had served as assistant registrar at the college since July 2014. She succeeds longtime registrar Denny L. Dunkleberger, who will retire in March. Dunkleberger will serve as acting director of admissions until his retirement takes effect March 30. Heather A.
Lynn Eckrote has been named director of the Physician Assistant Program at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Eckrote, who had served as a clinical director before being named interim director of the program, began her employment at Penn College in 2014.
