A fire at 633 W. Fourth St. in Williamsport (Victorian Village) on Sunday morning displaced 14 Penn College students, according to the owner of the facility. None of the students was injured in the blaze. Those students who need it will be offered temporary housing on campus. The college will also help replace books and academic supplies and provide other assistance to the students.

The message indicates that the recipient is eligible for a tax refund and provides a link to a refund-request form.
