Susquehanna Health System and Pennsylvania College of Technology will offer free "Introduction to Health Careers" workshops June 10-11, with a limited number of seats available to the general public.

The beneficial effects of yoga on the mind and body have been touted by many in recent years. Two six-week, noncredit courses being offered this summer by Pennsylvania College of Technology's Technology Transfer Center will provide a comprehensive introduction to this popular form of exercise.
