A combination offset/digital publication has garnered a silver award for Printing and Document Services at Pennsylvania College of Technology, which received national recognition in the only competition held exclusively for in-plant printing operations.
Le Jeune Chef Restaurant's vegetable garden was planted over the weekend with a variety of vegetables and herbs, including beefsteak, Syrian, snowberry, Roma, Tiny Tim, and yellow heirloom tomatoes; Hungarian banana, sweet bell, cherry hot, chocolate habaneras and yellow wax peppers; and basil, purple basil, sage and parsley.

Mathers, associate professor of medical-surgical nursing, focused her doctoral studies on improving outcomes for patients with central venous access devices. Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley was among those attending a gathering of the Governor's Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission on Penn College's main campus Tuesday evening.
