The Pennsylvania College of Technology Foundation has been approved as an Educational Improvement Organization under the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program administered by the state Department of Community and Economic Development.

The Gallery at Penn College announced the winners of "Kaleidoscope: The Alumni Exhibit" during an opening reception on Oct. 7. The Kaleidoscope exhibition is a celebration of the talented alumni of Pennsylvania College of Technology and its forerunners, Williamsport Technical Institute and Williamsport Area Community College. It features original artwork by 29 alumni from all three institutions.
