Brewing capstones replicate industry R&D

    In their second and final semester, brewing & fermentation science students at Pennsylvania College of Technology embark on capstone projects that give them the opportunity to design products as if they were in an R&D situation in industry. In this video, you’ll meet faculty, see lab spaces and walk through the entire capstone experience from the initial brew to the final testing session with professional brewers. "There's a lot of enthusiasm from industry for the program, for our students," said Timothy L. Yarrington, instructor of brewing & fermentation science. "Our students are well received. They're in demand."
