Among items on the menu were Cider Brined Turkey, Brown Sugar Grilled Peach and Bourbon Glazed Ham, stuffing, and mashed Yukon potatoes.A variety of scrumptious side dishes included Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Cinnamon Butternut Squash, with pecans and cranberries.As the song says, "Heading for Pennsylvania and some homemade pumpkin pie!"Before heading over the river and through the woods to whomever's house, here's some holiday inspiration from the festive folks at Dining Services! Capitol Eatery recently hosted a Thanksgiving Buffet, laden with wonderful fare prepared by Cody J. Miller, head cook, and his team.
