    Candlelight vigilPenn College students and employees are invited to a candlelight vigil at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday on Lycoming College's Daniel G. Fultz Quadrangle, remembering lives lost to the pandemic and honoring health care/front-line workers. The event is sponsored by the "Let's End COVID!" organization, the Lycoming Tri-County NAACP and Lycoming College. For location and parking recommendations, scan the QR code in this week's Stall Wall.
