The Victorian House, built in 1997 and enhanced in 2021 ...... and with a rainbow, free of charge. After nearly a week of 94-degree shade, stifling humidity and minimal breeze, who doesn't need a refreshing splash of General Services whimsy? Dildine, horticulturist/grounds and motorpool manager, "Some see a weed, while others see a wish."
