Three Weeks Down? Time Flies When You're Having Fun!

Multilingual greetings on a poster beckon attendees to the new gathering space, where six groups (PC Alliance, Veterans Club, the fledgling Post-Tradition Student Organization, Minorities Lending Knowledge, College Women of Williamsport and the International Student Organization) celebrated a diverse campus community.

Students delight in creating personal fabric pieces – patches that reflect a campus organization, department, culture, etc. – for a representative quilt that will be sewn and displayed at the college.

With the lawn party moved from The Victorian House to Rose Street Commons for more visibility and heightened attendance, a sign outside Dauphin Hall lets students know they're in the right place.

New to the event this year was the Veterans Club, whose table was decorated by members Jennifer L. Nicholson (left), of Lock Haven, enrolled in applied health studies: radiography concentration, and Gina M. Peluzzo, a civil engineering student from Philadelphia. Nicholson is a Navy veteran; Peluzzo is in the Air National Guard.
