Mach, assistant professor of hospitality management/culinary arts, for the Wine Tasting Short Course held Tuesday evening in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant. "The audience learned about several different wines and how different foods can enhance or diminish the taste of the wines," said Michael J. Hersh, assistant director of student activities for programming and operations (who also supplied the photos). "Several students in attendance had never been in Le Jeune Chef before, so, for them, this event was especially insightful."
