About 250 students and advisers from 15 area schools attended the 21st annual Students Against Destructive Decisions regional conference Tuesday in Penn College's Klump Academic Center. Co-sponsored by PennDOT, the Community Traffic Safety Project and other safety partners, the conference featured personal stories of how destructive decisions can irrevocably change lives. Workshop topics included texting while driving, current trends in adolescent substance abuse, traumatic brain injury, distracted driving, perceptive driving and more.
