Co-sponsored by PennDOT, the Community Traffic Safety Project and other safety partners, the conference featured personal stories of how destructive decisions can irrevocably change lives. Workshop topics included texting while driving, current trends in adolescent substance abuse, traumatic brain injury, distracted driving, perceptive driving and more.
