Students hear from alumnus Shawn Sidey (joined at right by Chef Paul Mach, assistant professor of hospitality management/culinary arts) Alumnus Shawn Sidey, who graduated in 1996 with degrees in food and hospitality management and in culinary arts, returned to campus Monday to present to classes in the School of Hospitality. Sidey, roasting supervisor for the Starbucks plant in York, offered demonstrations and coffee tastings and talked with students about Starbucks, his work there and how his career has progressed.
