A short synopsis of the Victorian House, including recipes from the School of Hospitality's Chef Paul Mach, was distributed to all ticketholders. A trolley stop behind Le Jeune Chef Restaurant took visitors to other sites on the historical tour. Le Jeune presented a buffet luncheon from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.; refreshments were served on the west porch of the Victorian House, as well. Several Penn College personnel were integral to preparations, including horticulture instructor Christine A. Fink and her students; Lenore G. Penfield, director of special events; General Services horticulturalists Michael H. Miller and Andrea L. Mull; School of Hospitality faculty/staff and students; and Linda L. Strous, coordinator of conference and guest services. Gail B. Landers, a group leader at the Children's Learning Center, and Linda J.
