    'August Blue' honored by gallery patrons "August Blue," an assemblage sculpture by Edward E. Jonasen, won the Viewer's Choice Award at Sunday's conclusion of the invitational " Art of Education" exhibit in The Gallery at Penn College. Jonasen, who teaches K-5 art at Stevens Elementary School in the Williamsport Area School District, was among 31 art teachers in the region's K-12 schoolsto exhibit their work on the third floor of Madigan Library.
