About 320 high school students from across the commonwealth converged on Penn College's main campus Sunday for Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, an intensive program that employs corporate mentors and motivational speakers to educate teenagers about success in the competitive international marketplace. This is the college's second summer as a PFEW host, and students were treated to campus tours and a School of Hospitality-catered lunch before convening for a General Assembly kickoff in the ACC Auditorium. The week ahead offers a mix of education and entertainment, as students form companies and address many of the same issues faced by their real-life counterparts in the business world.
