    Alumni musician Alphonse Ciaccio An appreciative crowd gathers for an afternoon of classical guitar "In Perfect Harmony: The Concert Series in The Gallery at Penn College" kicked off Sunday with a classicial-guitar performance by Alphonse Ciaccio, a 1993 alumnus of Penn College, who presented the series' inaugural concert in the gallery on the third floor of the college's Madigan Library.
