    Students crowd the dance floor Mardi Gras decorations add to festive atmosphere More than 200 students from Penn College and Lycoming College attended Saturday's second Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball at the Acacia Club in downtown Williamsport. The free event was sponsored by both colleges, and shuttle transportation was offered to provide students with safe passage to and from the semiformal dance.
