Students learn hands-on with master Rosada explains prefermentation Master Baker Didier Rosada is on campus this week to work with students and to offer presentations as part of the William C. Butler Lecture Series. On Thursday, he spent the day conducting a hands-on bread-baking lab for the college's baking and pastry arts students followed by a Bread Bakers Guild of America master class titled "The Art of Prefermentation." The lecture drew crowds that filled the Professional Development Center's Mountain Laurel Room. On Friday, Rosada will spend another three hours with students before offering a presentation on artisan breads from 10-11 a.m. The presentation, set for LEC, Room B132, is open to the college.
