    Rep. Brett O. Feese and Lynn Swann Lynn Swann and college President Davie Jane Gilmour aboard a trolley Pro Football Hall of Fame wide receiver and ABC Sports commentator Lynn Swann toured Penn College on Thursday as a guest of state Rep. Brett O. Feese, a member of the college's board of directors. Swann, who helped the Pittsburgh Steelers win four Super Bowl championships, is exploring the possibility of running for governor next year. He visited the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center, College Avenue Labs and other facilities on main campus.
