    Penn State president to deliver 'State of the University Address'Penn State President Graham B. Spanier's annual "State of the University Address" will be broadcast live via satellite to the Slate Run Room of Penn College's Professional Development Center at 3:30 p.m Friday. The address, delivered in the University's sesquicentennial year, will focus on the theme of "Building on Tradition to Chart the Future."
