Annita educates and demonstrates assistive technology to people with hearing loss and teaches sign language. She received peer mentor certification from Gallaudet University, is an ombudsman for the Area Office of Aging and is president of the Blair County Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America. She chairs the Telecommunications Relay Services Advisory Board for the state's Public Utility Commission. She resides in Altoona.

After 12 years in the automotive industry, he has a new career as an aviation engine production technician for Lycoming Engines.
