Lead-PCT
Lead-PCT an eight-week leadership experience based on the Social Change Model. This experience provides participants the opportunity to learn different leadership skills and apply them by developing a social change project proposal that directly benefits the Penn College community.


Student Government Association
Make a difference. Be part of the voice at Penn College and represent the student body in areas like academic governance, social awareness, and student activity fundraising.
Resident Assistant Program
Provide a sense of community and serve as a positive role model. RAs earn free housing and meals while receiving leadership training and experience.


Presidential Student Ambassador Program
Share your Penn College pride as you promote the life-long relationship with the College to prospective and current students, families, guests, alumni, business partners, and friends of the College.
Connections Link Program
Prepare first-year, transfer, and non-traditional students and their guests to become members of the Penn College community.


Community Peer Educator Program
Develop programs for the College community, specifically in the areas of health & wellness, suicide prevention & interpersonal violence, diversity & inclusiveness, and community engagement.
Student Development Assistant Program
