Requirements
- Enrolled in any major
- Applied for and eligible for financial aid
- Demonstrates academic quality
- Demonstrates college and community service
- Two letters of recommendation, one of which should be from a Penn College faculty member
- Applicants must submit an essay outlining why they are deserving of the scholarship
- Enrolled full-time
- Be a second-year , third-year , fourth-year , or transfer student
