- Applied for and eligible for financial aid
- Letters of recommendation on behalf of the Residence Life Office, Residence Hall Association, or Student Government Association will be considered
- Active member of a recognized Penn College student club or organization and/or holds a position of leadership within the student College community
- Complete Essay "Career Goals Essay"
- Enrolled full-time
- Be a first-year , second-year , third-year , or fourth-year student
