Requirements

• Enrolled in any major
• Applied for and eligible for financial aid
• Complete Essay "Career Goals Essay"
• Preference given to students who are graduates from Bishop Neumann Catholic , Hughesville, Loyalsock Township, Montoursville Area, Muncy, South Williamsport, and Williamsport Area High Schools
• Student must include a recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or principle at their area high school with their application that highlights examples of dedication, citizenship, and other similar qualities
• Be a first-year student
