Representatives from Pennsylvania College of Technology's New Choices/New Options program will be available to discuss spring workshops and to take registrations at two sites in Wellsboro during December. On Monday, Dec. 14, from 10 a.m.

Three students enrolled in Pennsylvania College of Technology's plastics programming have received scholarships through the national Plastics Pioneers Association , a society of industry leaders. Brad Reeser, of Williamsport, received $1,500; Desiree Nichols, of Hughesville, was awarded $1,000, and Jesse Hofer, of Ulster Park, N.Y., was the recipient of $500.

Eleven Pennsylvania College of Technology students, enrolled in printing and graphic arts-related majors, are winners in a national scholarship competition. The National Scholarship Trust Fund of the Graphic Arts' Board of Directors recently announced the awards. The total amount of monies awarded to the Penn College students is $11,500.
