Three students enrolled in Pennsylvania College of Technology's plastics programming have received scholarships through the national Plastics Pioneers Association , a society of industry leaders. Brad Reeser, of Williamsport, received $1,500; Desiree Nichols, of Hughesville, was awarded $1,000, and Jesse Hofer, of Ulster Park, N.Y., was the recipient of $500.
