Mathers, associate professor of medical-surgical nursing, focused her doctoral studies on improving outcomes for patients with central venous access devices. Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley was among those attending a gathering of the Governor's Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission on Penn College's main campus Tuesday evening.
