Tara M. Powell Outside hitter Tara M. Powell, of Burgettstown, was named the Penn State University Athletic Conference women’s volleyball Player of the Week for the period ending Sept. 16.  In four games, Powell racked up 35 kills and 37 digs for the Wildcats.

Individuals with little bookkeeping knowledge can learn the powerful features of QuickBooks 2011, the leading accounting software for small-business owners, in two levels of noncredit instruction at Pennsylvania College of Technology this fall.
