Six Pennsylvania College of Technology plastics students enriched their education by attending the Society of Plastics Engineers 32nd Annual Blow Molding Conference in Atlanta earlier this month. G. Robert Kissell A memorial service will be Wednesday for G. Robert Kissell, a longtime Williamsport Area Community College faculty member, who died Saturday, Oct. 22, at the age of 89. The history and government professor was listed among The Outstanding Educators in America in 1973 and, upon his retirement, was granted emeritus status. The service will be at 11 a.m.
