A faculty member in Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Integrated Studies presented a paper at the Workshop on Nondisciplinary Philosophy, held earlier this month in Binghamton, N.Y. Brian M. McKeon, assistant professor of biology, presented "Psychological Dialetheism" during the April 14 workshop at Binghamton University.
Sixteen Penn College students, faculty and staff the largest turnout this year for a Student Activities community-service project took part in a "Civility Saturday" event at the Lycoming County SPCA on Reach Road. Students in Donald Nibert's Wildlife Management class visited the Loyalsock Game Farm during their three-hour lab Thursday to assist the Pennsylvania Game Commission in erecting nylon netting over holding pens for newly hatched pheasants. The netting is applied to protect the 4-week-old chicks from avian predators.
