The Pennsylvania College of Technology community pays grateful tribute to those among us who have served (or continue to serve) the United States of America. PCToday urges all to salute the selfless devotion of these compatriots, whom we acknowledge through this honor roll.

Pennsylvania College of Technology’s dedication to veterans has earned the institution “Military Friendly” status for the eighth consecutive year. Victory Media, a veteran-owned business that compiles data-driven ratings to assist service members in choosing post-military education and career pursuits, named Penn College a 2017 Military Friendly School.

The long-standing relationship between Caterpillar Inc. and Pennsylvania College of Technology was accentuated in recent award presentations on campus: An instructor of diesel equipment technology was honored for his dedication, and two CAT representatives were celebrated for two decades of grant-funded assistance to students and faculty. Activities to teach science, math and creative thinking were the focus for four days when Pennsylvania College of Technology partnered with BLaST Intermediate Unit 17 (which serves the needs of schools in Bradford, Lycoming, Sullivan and Tioga counties) to provide training from the National Integrated Cyber Education Research Center.
