"Grandparents Day" was observed in the Children's Learning Center this week, as grandparents and grandchildren joined in artful handiwork, storytime and other fun activities. Last season, Pennsylvania College of Technology team-tennis coach Davis Santucci struggled just to put a full lineup on the court, let alone win matches. That won't be the case this year."Last year, we only had one girl and four guys. We went 3-7 being down two points at the beginning of each match, but, this year, we have a full team," Santucci said.

Wrable, a recent graduate from Central Mountain High School, began classes in electronics and computer engineering technology this fall at Pennsylvania College of Technology, he had 15 credits under his belt and began study in second-semester classes.
