Pennsylvania College of Technology held its final commencement ceremony of the calendar year at the Community Arts Center on Dec. 18, warmly celebrating accomplishment and effectively warding off the damp chill outside. The student speaker was Tiana M.

Pennsylvania College of Technology presented Kevin L. Imes with a Distinguished Alumni Award at Fall 2021 Commencement. Imes, of Palmyra, a construction project manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, earned an associate degree in building construction technology and a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Penn College in 2003 and 2007, respectively.

Pennsylvania College of Technology presented student achievement awards to its Fall 2021 graduates. A commencement ceremony was held Saturday, Dec. 18, at the Community Arts Center, Williamsport. The award winners, their hometowns and academic majors are: President’s Award, presented for leadership and service to the college: Tiana M. Rawls-White, Northumberland, applied management.

For Madison L. Kistler, being on the Penn College women’s soccer team is like having a second family. The camaraderie and chemistry she shares with her teammates is nothing short of special, and gave her the confidence to get involved on campus.

Two Pennsylvania College of Technology horticulture students have received a total of $8,000 in 2021-22 scholarships from the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association Foundation. Faith E. Mitchell, of Sunbury, enrolled in landscape/horticulture technology: landscape emphasis, was awarded $5,000, and Sophia G.

Five Star International recently donated a 2016 International Pro Star over-the-road truck to Pennsylvania College of Technology, a much-appreciated addition to the fleet of real-world equipment at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center near Allenwood. “This truck will help enhance our curriculum for diesel technology students,” said John D. Motto, instructor of diesel equipment technology.

An in-person commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, Dec. 18, for the 320 students who have petitioned to graduate at Pennsylvania College of Technology following the Fall 2021 semester. The ceremony, in which more than 220 students are expected to march, will be held at 11 a.m. at the Community Arts Center.

When Jenn Ulmer began her first week of full-time employment as a brewer at Berwick Brewing Co., Brienne Allen, a fellow female brewer of note from Massachusetts, was also at the Columbia County facility conducting research. Timothy L.

Numerous plastics professionals scattered across the globe share a bond beyond their career choice – a degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
