Thousands of motorcyclists took part in the nearly 40-mile ride, which honors those who died in the 2001 terrorist attacks, and pays tribute to veterans and first responders. After a memorial service and other activities, the ride will begin at 3 p.m. at the Clinton Township Volunteer Fire Hall near Montgomery. The group rode north on Route 15; through South Williamsport, DuBoistown and the Newberry section of Williamsport; and on through downtown, Loyalsock Township and Montoursville before returning to eastern Lycoming County and its starting point.
