Digital Photography Course Makes Great Holiday Gift

Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering a three-week digital photography course in January.



The classes, taught by photographer Wayne Palmer, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursdays from Jan. 14 through Jan. 28 in the Center for Business & Workforce Development on the college’s main campus in Williamsport. As owner of Palmer Multimedia Imaging in Williamsport, the instructor has been involved with some facet of photography for more than 40 years.
