Industry expo gives electrical students insight on products and professions.On Monday, 19 electrical technology and electromechanical maintenance technology students from Programmable Logic Control Input/Output Devices classes attended Schaedler Yesco Expo 2014 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey. The expo is the premier electrical trade show in Central Pennsylvania, with more than 100 booths from prominent manufacturers. This expo also provided over 70 industry-related seminars and hands-on labs that students could attend. The students – taught by Jon W. Hart, instructor of automation technologies/HVAC electrical (who provided the photo), and Vince R. Fagnano, instructor of electrical technologies/occupations – had a chance to examine the latest automation and control products from Rockwell Automation and other leading manufacturers, as well as experience the convention atmosphere.
