    Logan R. BolopueA Penn College student's success with trials-motorcycle riding, a sport he has enjoyed for two-thirds of his life, was featured in his hometown newspaper this week. Thursday's editions of The (Lock Haven) Express chronicled the competitive victories of Logan R. Bolopue, of Beech Creek, a civil engineering technology major who has had a year to remember: first in Pennsylvania, third in the United States and 15th best in the world.
