Fawns shun the sun in "natural" surroundings.Staking out a rare commodity on these hot and humid days – a patch of shade – these equally precious fawns visited Penn College's Schneebeli Earth Science Center on Thursday. Carved out of hundreds of woodland acres south of Williamsport, the living laboratory is a frequent stopping-off point for all manner of wildlife; these young ones (among a number of relative newborns recently seen in nearby fields) crossed onto the ESC campus from the Energy Technology and Education Center off Route 15.
