In his "Cooking With a White House Chef" presentation, Samuel A. Morgante – a former chef in the administration of President George W. Bush, since retired from the Navy and enrolled in Penn College's School of Integrated Studies – prepared a Southwestern Barbecued Chicken recipe for his Hager Lifelong Education Center guests. Morgante's anecdote-filled presentation, the fourth in recent weeks by School of Hospitality students, also included giveaways and a close-up look at the chef's collection of White House memorabilia.
