Arranged by Joseph H. Hart IV, a territory manager for HVAC distributor Peirce-Phelps Inc., the Granby Industries trailer was opened to student visitors outside the Carl Building Technologies Center. Joining Hart were Michael Arrico, sales and technical support for Pensotti Boilers, and Brian T. Cullity, Granby's vice president of sales and marketing. Among the demonstration models in the trailer, which remained on-site for a visit by local contractors later in the morning, were a Conforto oil-fired furnace and a wall-mounted gas-fueled unit.
