Students get close-up view of state police helicopter Trooper Chris Royles explains helicopter's role in state police operations Students at Penn College's Lumley Aviation Center in Montoursville had an opportunity Tuesday to view a helicopter: the Bell 206 helicopter, based at the Williamsport Regional Airport and operated by the Pennsylvania State Police.
