Student members of the club and lead horticulture professor/club adviser Richard J. Weilminster are planting 2,000 daffodil bulbs along the highway's on- and off-ramps. Under an "Adopt and Beautify" agreement the college signed with PennDOT, students also will help prune some plants at that heavily traveled and highly visible location.
