College Hosts Japanese Visitors
Five students and a faculty member from the Tsuyama (Japan) National College of Technology visited Penn College from Oct. 10-16, participating in a variety of educational and social/cultural activities during their stay.

The group also attended lab activities in industrial controls, extrusion, fluid power and astronomy.
The visit is part of an exchange between Tsuyama National College of Technology and Penn College.
During the summer term, Penn College students will visit Japan on a two-week educational trip. Penn College students will spend one week in Tsuyama visiting the college, cultural sites in the area and Hiroshima. The second week of the tour will be based in Osaka, the second-largest city in Japan, with a day trip to Kyoto, a center of traditional Japanese culture.
