We also always strive to continue developing and innovating new products and ways of working that best fit our employees and consumers.

HOW DID YOUR COMPANY FIRST CONNECT WITH PENN COLLEGE?

Our Muncy, PA PopTart plant reached out to Penn College to get a pipeline of their talent and students established for our plant.

WHY DO YOU BELIEVE PENN COLLEGE IS A SOUND INVESTMENT? WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR RETURN?

Penn College offers robust and well developed programs in all functions, and they are flexible and open to feedback from employer partners. The generation of a variety of program offerings based purely off of feedback from employer partners is a testament to their dedication of meeting the needs of their students and company partners. We will be getting a full technical training for our maintenance team thanks to all of their work and expertise.
