Financial Hardship Notification

The Financial Aid Team is committed to supporting students and their families during times of financial uncertainty. If you have experienced a significant change in income or are facing an unexpected financial hardship, you may be eligible to request a review of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) information or apply for emergency scholarship funding.

Please complete this form to provide detailed information about your circumstances. Once your submission is received, our team will carefully review your request and contact you if additional documentation or information is needed. All information you provide will remain confidential and will be used solely to determine whether adjustments to your financial aid eligibility or emergency funding may be available.

If you have any questions while completing this form, please contact the Financial Aid team for assistance. All communications regarding your request will be sent to your Penn College student email account, so please monitor it regularly for updates and any requests for additional information.

Please note: This form is intended only for students who have been directed to complete it by the Financial Aid Team. If you did not receive the link directly from our office but believe your circumstances warrant a financial aid review or emergency funding consideration, please contact the Financial Aid Team before completing the form.
