  • Depart for Czech Republic
  • Meet your Field Director at the airport
  • Take a walking tour of Prague. With your Field Director you will see:
    • Old Town Square, a historic square in the Old Town quarter
    • Astronomical Clock, a large clock that tells the date, time, astrological information, and more
    • Enjoy dinner in Prague
  • Guided learning: Tour Prague with an expert local guide
    • See Charles Bridge, an arch bridge lined with musicians and artists 
    • Walk down the Golden Lane and see eleven historical buildings that mark it 
    • Visit St. Vitus Cathedral, a Gothic cathedral where Czech Kings and Queens are coronated 
  • Independent exploration: Spend the afternoon exploring Prague on your own

 

  • Travel to Vienna
  • Explore Vienna's Pedestrian Zone with your Field Director

 

  • Cultural engagement: Take a guided tour of Vienna. With your expert local guide you will see:
    • Ringstrasse, a circular boulevard around the Inner Town district
    • Parliament, a columned building that serves as Vienna's center of government
    • Rathaus, Vienna's flower-adorned city hall
    • Hofburg, the presidential residence and former imperial palace
  • Visit Schönbrunn Palace, an elegant palace with beautifully landscapes gardens where Marie Antoinette spent her childhood
  •  Independent exploration: Spend the affternoon exploring Vienna on your own
  • Travel to Budapest
  • Take a walking tour of Budapest. With your Field Director you will see:
    • Fisherman’s Bastion, a fortification that has 7 turrets representing 7 Hungarian tribes
    • Parliament, Hungary's sprawling center of government

 

  • Guided learning: Take a tour of Budapest. With an expert local guide you will see:
    • Heroes’ Square, featuring statues of famous Hungarian personalities
    • Castle Hill, where Buda Castle is located
    • Gellért Hill, where you can catch some of the city’s best views
  • Visit Matthias Church, famous for its colorful tiled roof 
  • Cultural engagement: Enjoy an evening river cruise on the Danube as you hear about its Hungarian past, and cap off your memorable evening listening to the Blue Danube Waltz
  • Fly to Mila
  • Explore the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle II (time permitting)
  • Visit the Milan Duomo
  • Take an excursion to the Lake Como region and visit a local winery or vine yard for a wine tasting
  •  Independent exploration: Spend time exploring Bellagio on your own
  • Travel to Verona
  • Independent exploration: Enjoy time to explore Verona on your own

 

  • Travel to the Venice region
  • Take a water taxi to Venice proper
  • Take a guided tour of Venice. With your local expert guide you will see:
    • St. Mark's Square, Venice's primary square and center of cultural importance
    • St. Mark's Campanile, a 323-foot bell tower
    • Grand Canal, Venice's major waterway filled with gondolas
  • Visit the colorful Venetian island of Burano
  • Enjoy a gondola ride
  • Independent exploration: Spend time exploring Venice on your own

 

  • Take a water taxi to Venice proper
